The Chef Cooking Up Invasive Species

Asian carp are a large species of fish, both in terms of their physical size and their population. In the 1970s, they were brought to the southern United States to help clean ponds and wastewater treatment plants. Unfortunately, they were able to escape into the Mississippi River, and now they are found in many waterways across the country.
