The Club Dedicated to Eating Unconventional Aquatic Creatures

From 1880 to 1887, members of a unique New York club convened annually for extravagant feasts of aquatic life. The Ichthyophagous Club, whose name translates to “fish-eating,” consumed a variety of water-dwelling creatures, such as dolphin, starfish, and manatee.
