Aleksander Doba Completes His Third Atlantic Crossing in a Kayak

On Sunday, Aleksander ‘Olek’ Doba completed a remarkable feat – his third Atlantic crossing by kayak, arriving just one week before his 71st birthday. The Polish explorer had already crossed the ocean twice before, from Senegal to Brazil in 2010-11 and from Portugal to Florida in 2013-14, but this was his most arduous journey yet, both physically and mentally.
