SOUTHOLD, N.Y. – Sea Tow Services International, Inc. and the Haimes Coleman Group have announced a partnership that will give new boat owners access to Sea Tow’s comprehensive on-water assistance services.
Through Haimes Coleman’s extensive network and longstanding relationships with distributors and dealers, several boat builders will now have the ability to make their boats come standard with Sea Tow memberships as they leave the factory.
“Just as a new car comes with roadside assistance, we believe a new boat should come with on-water assistance,” said Kristen Frohnhoefer, President of Sea Tow Services International. “It is our mission to provide boaters with Peace of Mind on the Water. Partnering with Haimes Coleman was a no-brainer.”
Dave Coleman, one of the principals and founders of Haimes Coleman, said the idea originated with some creative thinking and collaboration.
“For the last 20 years, we’ve been providing the highest quality products to boat builders across the country, but we thought we could take it one step further by making a connection between Sea Tow and our clients,” Coleman said. “We’re always looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead of the curve, and we really believe that giving builders the best possible parts, but also the peace of mind that Sea Tow memberships provide, is the future of this industry. We’re thrilled to collaborate with an industry great.”
Although the vast majority of Haimes Coleman’s business is done in a B2B setting, Coleman added that this partnership is ultimately about the end user – the recreational boater.
“Our main priority has always been that boat owners have a terrific experience owning a boat,” he said. “The more fun they have, the more boaters there will be and the more business our clients get. We want everyone to enjoy every second of their time out on the water. At the end of the day, that’s what boating is all about.”
