High pressure remains centered over the Canadian Maritimes today while
low pressure slowly moves up the East Coast. This system moves east
of the waters by Monday morning. High pressure builds in behind this
system on Monday. A cold front likely then approaches from the west
Monday night into Tuesday. Low pressure then becomes centered over
the Canadian Maritimes toward the middle of the week with increasing
westerly flow across the waters.
