.SYNOPSIS...
Strong high pressure builds over New England Sunday into Monday. North
to northeast winds increase beginning late tonight as a coastal
trough begins to form over the local Atlantic waters. Elevated
winds and seas are expected to bring small craft advisory
conditions late Sunday morning into Monday. Coastal troughs will
continue through the upcoming week over the local waters bringing
periods of elevated onshore winds, showers and elevated seas near
advisory levels at times.
