.SYNOPSIS...

Isolated light showers and some sea fog will be possible through
the day before a cold front passes through tonight. Light winds
will clock around from out of the east this afternoon to out of
the north by tonight. Winds will increase behind another re-
enforcing cold front Friday with cautionary-level winds expected.
Moderate to fresh northerly breezes continue into the weekend as
high pressure dominates much of the eastern US.
