Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas
1106 AM EDT Sun Jun 1 2025

.SYNOPSIS...A stalled frontal boundary to the north of the Keys
will maintain light to gentle southwest to west breezes through
Monday. Breezes shift to the southeast to south Monday night into
Tuesday as a surface high pressure system moves across the eastern
U.S. This surface high will move into the western North Atlantic
mid to late week. As a result, a return to gentle to moderate east
to breezes is anticipated. In addition, a wet pattern is expected
through at least the middle of the week as moisture remains. This
will lead to increased coverage of showers and thunderstorms
which will lead to locally confused seas and higher winds in and
around convection.
