.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the Mid-Atlantic states will build
southward across the region through early this week. This will
allow for relatively lighter onshore winds tonight and tomorrow
before veering to the south to southeast on Tuesday. Favorable
boating conditions are forecast early this week. A strong cold
front is forecast to approach the waters Wednesday, leading to
rising rain chances and deteriorating boating conditions into mid
week.

based on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Sunday,
November 17th.
