.SYNOPSIS...Breezes are expected to freshen and shift to the
northeast to east tonight as high pressure shifts slightly west
and subtly strengthens. Breezes modestly slacken one more time for
overnight into Thursday morning before another prolonged surge in
breezes is anticipated for Thursday afternoon through Friday
night. Small Craft Advisories likely will be required as a result
for this time frame. The high weakens over the weekend leading to
slackening breezes.
