.SYNOPSIS...Boating conditions remain poor across the offshore
waters as the long fetch of moderate onshore flow continues to
produce rough seas and long period swell. Scattered to numerous
showers and isolated lightning storms are forecast again today.
Northerly winds develop with a weak front early Thursday. A
stronger front on Friday will finally bring drier conditions, but
increase winds and build seas again into Saturday.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas up to 6 feet.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream
based on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Monday,
December 16th.
