.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northwest winds will
continue to build through the evening. Winds will continue to
increase Friday, expanding and fanning out over the outer waters
with exceptional gusts south of Cape Mendocino. Strong gales to
near storm force gusts are expected over the weekend. A mid
period NW swell continues around 5 feet for the next several days
with seas combined at 6-8ft and increasing 11-13ft by Sunday
morning. Gusts Sunday could reach 45-55kts. Gusty northerlies will
last through Tuesday.
