.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A weak cold
front will move inland this morning with winds shifting from
southerly to northerly. North winds and seas will increase
this afternoon into Friday with steep seas south of Cape Blanco,
expanding to south of Cape Arago by late Thursday evening. North
winds and seas will increase further Saturday and Sunday with a
mix of steep to very steep seas and gales possible.
