periods through the afternoon. A strong low pressure system
offshore will contribute to high seas and storm force winds from
Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday morning. Conditions will
abate Wednesday morning, but seas will stay at 10 feet or above
until Thursday. Winds will be coming from an anomalous easterly
direction.
