.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure builds in from the Great Lakes through Sunday. Gusty
northwest wind continues through this weekend and draws in an Arctic
airmass which could lead to freezing sea spray overnight into Sunday
morning. High pressure will then cross the waters Monday and move
east of the region Tuesday. A weak low pressure system will approach
from the west on Tuesday followed by high pressure nosing down from
Quebec for the latter half of the Holiday week.

High pressure builds in from the Great Lakes through Sunday. Gusty
northwest wind continues through this weekend and draws in an Arctic
airmass which could lead to freezing sea spray overnight into Sunday
morning. High pressure will then cross the waters Monday and move
east of the region Tuesday. A weak low pressure system will approach
from the west on Tuesday followed by high pressure nosing down from
Quebec for the latter half of the Holiday week.
