Nashville, GA – The National Marine Manufacturers Association has announced its inaugural list of Dealer CSI award recipients. The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer.
Dealers are eligible to win the award in both the sales and service areas of their dealership by having a CSI score of 90 percent and above with the required return percentages. The Chaparral and Robalo dealer network represented a significant number of the award winning dealers.
