The Holiday Lights Winter Paddle Parade is Bend’s take on National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, but on a smaller scale than the Rose City Christmas Ships Parade. Boats of all shapes and sizes are adorned with Santa beards, elvish hats, and ugly Christmas sweaters as they make their way down the Whitewater Park.
